Email on Mobile Devices
Setting up email on a mobile phone or tablet can be tricky at times. Microsoft has provided a Mobile Phone Setup Wizard to help provide personalized instructions for setting up your mobile phone or tablet to access your account.
If asked, be sure to select the "Exchange Account" option while setting up your Office 365 email on mobile devices.
